Returns

We are sorry if there is a problem or you simply don't like our sporty toys.  It happens (thankfully for us, very rarely).

You have two options, we can

1) refund you, or

2) offer you a new toy.

No need to stress about returns.  The return window is during the toy's life time.  

We want to be the baby toy company with a great customer care policy, not the company that disputes with their customers.
